I know what it is like to feel stuck and dissatisfied in your work life. I know what it is like to work hard to put money in other people’s pockets while counting available vacation days on two hands. I know what it is like to put the best of me into my work while my family gets whatever is left. I know what it is like to be overworked, underpaid, underappreciated, and emotionally drained. My passion is to help people like you, people like me, succeed as professionals who fully capture and live out their value, and enjoy their lives as a result. Few people may be born entrepreneurs, but the door is always there and always open, you just need to walk through it.

My wife and I have been married for over 20 years and have four wonderful and amazing children.  We practice what I teach and have seen our income, lifestyle, travel, and daily time with the kids soar since transitioning from working for others to owning our own businesses.  We like warm places with white beaches and frequently visit the Gulf Coast of Florida or Cancun.
